GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR ONLINE RESERVATIONS
RESERVATIONS
The terms and conditions for online bookings require SC Golden Bial Management SRL to offer the services requested and paid by the clients according to the offer presented in the reservation form: client name, period of stay, number of nights, number of adults and children, additional details. Discounts for children apply only if they have not reached the age of 6 at the start of the stay.
PAYMENT RATES AND MODALITIES
The rates shown on the site are the final ones and include VAT and all related taxes. The tariff to be paid by the customer is calculated automatically depending on the period of stay, the type of the booked room and the number of adults and children in the booking. SC Golden Bial Managemet SRL reserves the right to change rates and to publish special offers depending on the number of rooms available at that time. Reservations already made and confirmed at a certain tariff will not be changed if a new offer is presented on the site in the meantime. Online reservations are paid with a credit / debit card, the full payment is charged at the time of booking.
CONDITIONS OF CANCELLATION OR MODIFICATION OF RESERVATION
In the case of cancellations, hotel non-presentations or changes requested by the client on previously confirmed reservations, the conditions of restitution of SC Golden Bial Management SRL are: If the cancellation is made more than 14 days before the start of the stay, the penalty applied is the equivalent of the first night of accommodation, SC Golden Bial Management SRL will return the difference to the clients.
If the cancellation is made less than 2 days before the start of the stay,the penalty applied is the equivalent of the first night of accommodation.
All commissions and bank charges for reimbursement will be charged by the customer.
Special offers for holiday dates, e.g. Easter, New Year, Christmas, May 1, etc. are not subject to the aforementioned conditions. For this payment is made in full and in case of cancellation the reservation does not refund the paid amount.
