Indoor Pool

A well-deserved respite at the pool or at the Pool Bar will definitely assure you that you made the best choice by preferring the mountain vacation instead the annual seaside holiday. The impressive size (26x27m) of our indoor pool is surpassed by no other hotel in Romania.
Because the pool overlooks the mountains, you will definitely lose yourself in the water reflecting the beauty of nature around you. You will live the experience of literally immersing yourself in the mountain landscape, doubled in the mirror-like water. While you enjoy a cold drink served directly in pool water, at the Pool Bar, you can peek at the plasma display above.
Have a seat on a comfortable chaise longue on the terrace, to enjoy more of the scenery, the fresh air and inviting sun rays, ideal for a durable tan.

Fitness Room
As our guest at Piatra Mare Hotel you have access to our fitness room, where you can test disconnection, vitality and tone, some of the recognized benefits of physical exercise. The most complex fitness equipment is at your disposal, in a generous and airy room.
At your request, you can benefit from the guidance of a personal trainer. Fitness centre is open Monday from 01:00 pm to 10:00 pm and from Tuesday to Sunday from 9:00 am-10:00 pm.

Sauna
Dry Sauna (Finnish Sauna)
It is a sauna in an enclosure made of wood, using electrically heated volcanic rocks. Dry sauna has a moisture content of about 10% and a temperature of 85° - 90° C, the effect is felt after the first 5 minutes of use by a strong perspiration. Sweating is natural and vital in terms of health. Due to warming the body, the body tries to maintain constant temperature, cooling the sweat. In fluids secreted by sweat glands are found minerals, metabolic waste substances and toxins accumulated in the body. These glands secrete a bactericidal protein (dermicidina), which acts as an antibacterial and restricts the development of bacterial skin flora, which can give rise to skin infections such as acne ..

Wet Sauna (Hamam)
Turkish Bath, the Hamam original name, is a steam bath with a temperature of 40° C. The bathroom is composed of a mosaic heated plain area, which is done therapy and a waiting area benches made of mosaic heated. Turkish bath one can find fountains carved in stone with hot and cold water. Hamam massage therapy consists of one session of 10 minutes steam bath for preparing the body, followed by 10 to 20 minute massage on the heated mosaic plain, massage baths interrupted by cold water with ice.

TYPES OF MASSAGES
Reflexology
Reflexology is a special massage technique that aims to rebalance the body's vital energy. This method is based on the relationship between the activity of certain skin areas and by stimulating and improving the functions of the entire physical and mental structure.

Lymphatic drainage
Unlike other types of massage, lymphatic drainage is more than an indulgence is a medical procedure. It helps stimulate lymph responsible for removing toxins from the body. This process also helps eliminate cellulite.
