By car
For those coming from the south, there are two options to get to Poiana Brasov
By Brașov, using the road "Drumul Poienei", covering 12 km în 15 - 20 minutes
On the trail Predeal - Pârâul Rece - Râșnov - Poiana Brașov, 40 km long and goes through in 40 minutes. For this version, the entry into Predeal, just after the road bridge, turn left at the road sign to Râşnov. Pass through the Cold Creek Resort and lower in Râşnov. Once you get in Râşnov, follow direction Rasnov - Poiana Brasov.
By bus
RAT Braşov offers regular voyages on the route Brasov - Poiana Brasov on line 20 , departing from the station "Livada Postei" - near the historical center of Brasov.
Buses leave every 30 to Poiană minutes. The first race starts at 6:00 on weekdays, 6:30 weekends and public holidays and the last race is at 00:00.
The route includes 12 stops and takes about 30 minutes. Arriving in Poiana Brasov is the only existing station, the "big parking lot".
By bicycle
To get with the bike in Poiana Brasov, the most accessible routes start from "Pietrele lui Solomon" and are known as the "old road" and "forest road".
" Old Road" was used vehicles until 1966, when it was placed in the road that starts from "Livada Postei". It is now used as a tourist route.
It is a very popular route with tourists wanting an easy walk from Brasov up in Poiana Brasov. The route is about 3.5 km and can be crossed on foot in 50-60 minutes and bike in about 30-40 minutes.
